  1. The FREE IT Health Check is provided by Soda IT Support (South) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of YB Communications Limited. 
  2. Our IT Health Check has a sales value of £1400 and a limited number are available free of charge each month, to businesses with more than 20 users/staff (UK only).
  3. If an eligible customer has requested an IT Health Check in a month where our ‘FREE IT Health Check’ allowance has been used, we will offer either a chargeable alternative, or to delay to a subsequent month. 
  4. If an ineligible customer requires an IT Health Check, our team are happy to provide a bespoke quote for the IT Health Check and build in a discount should the customer subsequently sign up for services.
